Privacy
This page explains what we collect when you use this website and what we do with it.
Who we are
Kickaround is run by [LEGAL NAME / COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS]. You can contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
- If you join the priority list: your first name, email address, mobile number and postcode, the session time you picked, and your answers to the optional questions.
- How the site is used: which buttons are pressed and which days and times are chosen. This isn't linked to your name unless you join the priority list.
- If you accept cookies: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies so we can understand visits and measure our ads.
Why
- To tell you by email and text when bookings open in Barry, with your consent.
- To understand which days and times people want, so we can plan opening hours.
- To measure and improve our advertising, if you accept cookies.
Who sees it
Your details are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets). If you accept cookies, usage data is also processed by Google Analytics and Meta. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep priority list details until bookings open and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails and texts at any time, change your cookie choice using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page, or ask us to see, correct or delete your data by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
